1. No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any of the services rendered by My Cars Doctor. Once a service is performed, it is considered final and non-refundable. We strive to ensure that each customer is satisfied with our work before it is completed. If there is any issue with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Service Disputes

If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us directly. We will review your case and attempt to resolve any issues in a fair and professional manner.

4. Exceptions

In certain rare cases, such as service not being rendered or a clear error on our part, we may offer a solution, which could include credit towards future services or an alternative resolution. These situations will be evaluated on a case-b-case basis.
