All final inspection reports are delivered digitally to ensure fast and secure access. Once your inspection is complete, you will receive your detailed report via email. We do not offer physical shipping of any documents or reports.

Your final inspection report will be sent to the email address provided at the time of service. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct to avoid any delays in receiving your report.

Upon delivery of your inspection report, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to download or view the document. If you do not receive the report within the specified time frame, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at admin@mycarsdoctor.com for assistance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and up-to-date. If there are any changes to your email address after the service is completed, please inform us as soon as possible to prevent delays in receiving your inspection report.

To view and download your inspection report, you will need a device with internet access and the ability to view PDF files. If you encounter any technical difficulties with accessing the report, please contact our support team for assistance.
